The coastal drive from Hoi An to Hue is viewed as the most beautiful drive in Central Vietnam. It takes you through the unique combination of rural, mountainous and coastal settings. The Hue – My Son – Hoi An day trip is to save money and time for your visit to Central Vietnam. Within a day we’ll travel from Hue to Hoi An town with visits to Lang Co beach, Hai Van pass and My Son Temple ruins.

HUE – MY SON SANCTUARY – HOI AN TOWN ITINERARY

In the morning

• 8:00 am: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue and depart to Hoi An. On the way from Hue to Hoi An, we will stop to visit Lang Co beach– Oyster farming village. This is one of the most beautiful beach in Vietnam which is suitable for relaxation, diving and is one of the ideal holiday resorts for many years now.
• 10:00 am: The next destination is Hai Van Pass which is the highest pass with impressive landscape in Vietnam. It is like a giant dragon, lying on Highway 1 on the border between Thua Thien-Hue Province and Danang City. You can also see the beautiful Lang Co beach on Hai van pass.
• 10:45- 11:00 am: Continue to visit Marble Mountain. It is a cluster of 5 mountains: Metal (Venus), Wood (Jupiter), Earth (Saturn), Water (Mercury) and Fire (Mars). However, we will only visit Water Mountain – the largest, beautiful historical site to visit and explore.

In the afternoon

• 12:30 pm: Have lunch at the local restaurant and take a rest.
• 1:30- 2:00 pm: Transfer to visit My Son Temple Ruins. When visiting My Son, you have the chance to admire attractive Apsara dance – a Khmer classical dance. It is an awe-inspiring experience when watching amazing Apsara dancers performing in the fanciful and mysterious beauty of My Son ruins, under the stunning glow of sunset.
• 4:30- 5:00 pm: Arrival in Hoi An and we drop you off at your hotel.
